Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting
If you host a domain on our cloud web hosting platform and you have a shared web hosting account, you’ll be able to activate the catch-all feature for any e-mailbox that you set up under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel comes with quite a lot of functions, but it is very simple to use, so setting up a catch-all mailbox takes only one click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you’ve got will be listed in this section alphabetically and you will only have to click on the "Catch-all" button for the particular address. Our system will notify you if there is already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain name or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either deactivate the latter feature or select some other mailbox. Disabling the catch-all option is just as easy and requires one more mouse click on the very same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all address can be set up with a few clicks in case you have a semi-dedicated hosting with our company. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be managed through our custom-built Hepsia Control Panel and you will be able to create email addresses using any domain name registered there. To enable the catch-all option for a specific mailbox, you will have to click on the sign with the same name, which will be on the right-hand side of each mailbox. Deactivating this functionality can be done in the same manner and will not take more than a click either. In case the catch-all feature has already been enabled for a certain domain name, you’ll get a warning alert. The same goes if the mailbox that you’d like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never replace or deactivate anything automatically.
